## **Return & Refund Policy**
### **Return Eligibility**
You may return products within **14 days of delivery**, provided they have not been installed and are not discontinued items. This includes unmounted wheels and tires, suspension components, and other non-custom parts.
To qualify for a return, items **MUST** meet the following criteria:
* **Condition:** Brand-new, re-sellable condition.
* **Packaging:** Must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
* **Authorization:** You must call us first to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without prior documentation may not be identified or processed.
### **Restocking & Shipping Fees**
* **Restocking Fees:** Fees are determined by the specific wheel, tire, or suspension brand. While some manufacturers do not charge a fee, others may charge up to **25%**.
* **Shipping:** You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that initial shipping charges are **non-refundable**.
* **Services:** If a product has already been received by us for mounting and balancing, restocking and shipping fees will apply.
### **Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are **final sale** and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled:
* **Custom Orders:** Wheels that are custom-built, semi-custom built, or custom-drilled specifically for your vehicle.
* **In-Production Items:** Custom orders already in the production phase cannot be cancelled.
* **Modified Products:** Any item that has been altered, modified, or customized by or for the customer. This includes Custom Powdercoating.
* **Clearance/Discontinued:** Clearance or discontinued items are sold "as-is," are non-refundable, and do not include a warranty.
### **Cancellations**
To cancel an order, please call us immediately to verify the status. If your wheels are custom-drilled or have already shipped, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
